Running into issues? Here are solutions to common problems.

Emails Not Sending

  • Check Spam: Ask players to check their spam/junk folders.
  • Verify Email: Ensure the player's contact email is correct in the Roster tab.
  • Payment Methods: Emails might not send if you haven't configured any payment methods in Settings.

Calculation Errors

  • Collection Status: You cannot edit expense amounts after a collection is Finalized. You must "Unfinalize" (if supported) or handle it via refunds/credits.
  • Player Count: The share is calculated based on the number of players at the moment of finalization. Adding a player later requires a recalculation.

Mobile Display Issues

  • SquadStash is designed to be mobile-friendly. If a table looks squished, try rotating your phone to landscape mode.
  • The sidebar menu can be toggled by tapping the "hamburger" icon in the top left.

"Permission Denied" Errors

  • Ensure you are logged in.
  • If you belong to multiple teams, check the Profile menu to ensure you are viewing the correct team.
